Before using the GFork Proxy user script acceleration platform (the 'Platform'), please read and understand this Terms of Service ('Agreement'). Any use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement.
1. Platform Overview
The Platform is operated by the GFork team, providing technical services for user script download acceleration and access.
Script data on the Platform is mirrored from Greasyfork. We do not store any user script content or user privacy data. The Platform only provides technical platform services and is not affiliated with any third-party websites, services, or content.
2. Usage Rules
You commit to complying with the laws and regulations of your country or region and strictly adhere to this Agreement and relevant management rules.
You must not use the Platform for: spreading malware, viruses, or harmful code; infringing on intellectual property or other legal rights; network attacks or other destructive behavior; posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information; harassing, intimidating, or threatening others; other actions violating laws, regulations, or public order.
You must not interfere with, disrupt, or affect the normal operation of the Platform through: obtaining source server IPs, brute-force scanning, DDoS, CC attacks, XSS, etc.
You are responsible for all activities under your access.
3. User Rights and Obligations
Use the Platform in accordance with this Agreement and receive technical support.
Comply with this Agreement and related rules, maintain internet order and security; independently evaluate the safety and legality of user scripts and bear all associated risks; protect personal information and privacy, do not disclose or misuse others' personal information.
Important Notice
Content Responsibility: Any content downloaded from this Platform should be deleted within 24 hours. We are not responsible for the legality, safety, or suitability of user scripts downloaded through this Platform. You bear all risks. Data Source: Script data is mirrored from Greasyfork; we do not store any user script content. System Limitations: The login system comes from Greasyfork and may be unstable. It will not work properly on systems requiring CAPTCHA verification such as script publishing. Login works on comment, user, and report features but cookies are not transmitted on other pages. Please avoid using the login system on all mirror sites.
4. Maintenance
This platform does not accept any donations.
You understand and agree that we may adjust the display and content of advertisements based on circumstances.
5. Disclaimer
You understand and agree that force majeure and other risk factors may affect the service. We will endeavor to address such situations but are exempt from liability for resulting losses.
We are not liable for service interruptions or disruptions caused by: malware, viruses, Trojans, etc.; hardware, software, or communication line failures; improper user operation or unauthorized use; outdated software versions, device aging, or compatibility issues; circumstances beyond our control or reasonable foresight; third-party service provider outages; CDN debt from traffic spikes; other force majeure events.
We are not responsible for the legality, safety, or suitability of user scripts downloaded through this Platform. You bear all risks.
6. Agreement Modification and Dispute Resolution
The final interpretation of this Agreement rests with the GFork Proxy operator.
If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
We may modify or update this Agreement due to legal changes or webpage functionality changes, and publish it on this page without further notice. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation.
